WorkHub Terms of Use

Effective 31 October 2026

These terms cover your use of WorkHub, a macOS desktop app made by Lightning Labs Co., Ltd. (CÔNG TY TNHH LIGHTNING LABS), Vietnam. By using WorkHub, you agree to them. To learn what WorkHub does, see the WorkHub home page.

Your accounts

Only connect Google accounts you're allowed to use with WorkHub, including work accounts that a company manages for you. Your use of Google services stays subject to Google's own terms.

Your Claude API key

WorkHub suggests tasks using Claude through your own Anthropic API key. Your use of Claude is covered by your agreement with Anthropic, and any API charges are between you and Anthropic.

AI suggestions

Task suggestions come from an AI model and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them. WorkHub books a time block in your calendar only when you confirm it.

Your privacy

The WorkHub Privacy Policy explains what data WorkHub accesses, how it's used, where it's stored, who it's shared with and how to delete it.

WorkHub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No warranty

WorkHub is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lightning Labs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using WorkHub, such as a missed or double-booked meeting.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll publish the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
